Admission Requirements

  • Application for admission
  • Application fee ($50 domestic/$70 international)
  • Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited or equivalent college or university. Applicants applying for this program must have at least a GPA of 2.5 in their last 60 hours.
  • Submit official Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT) or Graduate Record Examination (GRE) scores. Generally, GMAT and GRE scores will not be accepted if over five years old. The school code for Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi is 6849.
  • The GMAT/GRE requirement will be waived for applicants with a 3.00 GPA in their last 60 hours and a grade of at least a B in college algebra or a higher-level math course – OR –
  • An earned master’s degree AND a grade of B or better earned in college algebra or a higher-level math course.
  • Submit current resume
    • Submit essay describing professional and educational goals in at least 500 words
  • Submit official transcripts documenting all undergraduate and graduate coursework taken at any accredited college or university attended. Official transcripts must be sent directly to Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi from the granting institutions.

Financial Aid

  • Financial aid is available for students who already hold a bachelor’s degree. Students in any post-bachelor’s program must be enrolled in at least six hours to be eligible for financial aid.
  • Students seeking federal financial aid for the program must complete the FAFSA form. Grants and other financial awards from the federal and state government are also available.

Sponsorship

  • Texas A&M – Commerce also accepts private loans, federal student loans and outside scholarship awards to cover the cost of tuition.

  • Online learning was fantastic. I preferred online classes and structure vs in class experience. It was more organized, easier to understand, and I liked the ability to listen to lectures over again.
